Directions for Preparation:

For approximately 1 kg of beef. Cook the meat until tender, leaving about 625 ml of broth. Add 1 sachet of 40 g seasoning mix and, if desired, sliced green chilli. Simmer for another 5 minutes and serve hot. Offal such as liver or tripe may also be used.
