Preparation instructions:

Rinse the rice several times in cold water. For best results, you can soak it for approximately 20–30 minutes. Then cook using approximately 1 part rice to 1.5–2 parts water for 10–12 minutes, or until the water has been absorbed. Once cooked, remove from the heat and leave covered for a few minutes before serving.
