Preparation instructions:
Rinse the soybeans thoroughly and soak them in water for approximately 8–12 hours. Drain the soaking water, add fresh water and cook for approximately 60–90 minutes, or until tender.
To prepare bhatmas sadeko, the beans can also be cooked or roasted and then mixed with onion, tomato, chilli, coriander and spices.
