Directions for Preparation:

For stir-frying: sauté garlic or onion, add meat and vegetables, then add approximately 500 ml of water or stock. Bring to the boil, add the noodles and cook for a few minutes until tender.

For soup: add the noodles directly to boiling soup or stock and cook for approximately 3 minutes, or until the desired texture is reached.
